You are only telling us that what should be cleaned and used what to clean. That's all. For an essential cleaning program, a manager should be in charge of this, to ensure proper cleaing is carried out. The program will then go smoothly and lesser contamination could occur as everything is in order. Since you have listed the different items to be cleaned and the chemicals or things to clean the equipments, then i think that it would be great that if you can just tell us which chemical or thing should be used to clean a particular equipment.

Michelle: The list of components of a successful cleaning program you have listed is incorrect. You should expalin to us in detail what is a cleaning programm and the essential of the cleaning program. Information given is not sufficient and detail enough. It can be done better.
