Don'ts of personal hygiene


DON'TS

Long hair
Wearing of accessories
Open wound
Walking out of kitchen with apron on
Chewing
Touching of raw food, then cooked food


These are the Don'ts of personal hygiene in the kitchen


Speak or cough or sneeze if possible when preparing food


Wash hand right after sneezing if covered your mouth

Use Sleeves to wipe perspiration

Use the same apron for more than 1 day of work

Chew gum when preparing food

Wear loose accessories

Work near exposed chemicals

Keep Fruits or Acidic vegetables in heavy metal pots pans or container (non personal hygiene)

Handle raw meat or food then handling processed or cooked food (cross contamination)

Wearing aprons out of the kitchen

  1. Michelle: Good effort in showing the Dont's of personal hygiene in the kitchen by using animations. Maybe more pictures can be shown and more information can be given instead.

  2. Love your animations of pictures. I think is nice and creative. It's pretty cool. More details could be added. There should be more don'ts in a salad bar. Like, not having a dirty apron while working. And also, here only illustrate how guys should keep their hair short. Then how about girls? What should they do with their hair? Tie or bun or anything? If these details could be done, it would be great. :)
